Some of our favorite brands like Ritz, Ben & Jerry’s and Bubbly are participating this year so we stocked up and decided to make a simple Ritz berry icebox cake with a side of Ben & Jerry’s Cherry Garcia ice cream and a blackberry Bubbly (to obviously stick with the berry theme). The girls love to help smash the berries to make this simple recipe. It’s a fun one to do with kids because it’s really so easy plus it’s delicious and full of antioxidants.
