Easy Cinnamon Toast Crunch French Toast (Plus How To Snag A Free Box!)

It’s probably no surprise that my girls' favorite breakfast is Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ French toast. When we heard that Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ was giving away a free box of cereal through their 1 Million Box Giveaway, we knew we had to grab a box from Stop and Shop and use it as an opportunity to make our favorite breakfast! I will share some details on how you can get a box for free below but first I will share our easy family recipe for this yummy Cinnamon Toast Crunch French Toast! 

Here is a list of the ingredients you will need: 

12 thick slices of brioche bread

6 large eggs 

1/3 c milk 

1 tsp ground cinnamon 

3 C crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ 

butter for frying

Maple Syrup to dip

The directions are fairly simple and you can find the step by step process below: 

1.         Mix eggs, milk and cinnamon in a shallow bowl 

2.         In a separate shallow bowl crush 3 c of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal 

3.         One at a time, dip bread sticks into egg mixture and then roll in Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal

4.         In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Work in batches and fry until golden (2-3 min per side). 

5.         Serve with maple syrup
