No Bake Chips Ahoy Cheesecake Parfait

Let me introduce you to my new stress free dessert for the summer. It’s my No Bake Chips Ahoy! Cheesecake Parfait. If you’re looking for an easy start-to-finish dessert in under 30 minutes to bring to that picnic or to surprise your family with then this is the perfect recipe! It takes very little time to make and is a really big hit with the kids because they are so fun to top and decorate.

I love to make fun desserts with my kids but I’ll be honest, if it’s not easy, it stresses me out and then no one ends up having fun! My kids always enjoy mixing and adding ingredients but their favorite part of any dessert is getting to top it with goodies or decorate it with treats! The more cookies, whipped cream and sprinkles the better.

I usually let the girls help mix ingredients but what I love about these parfaits is that you can prepare them the night before so they are all ready to top and eat the next day. I knew we would have a busy day so I actually made the cheesecake base the night before and covered it in the fridge overnight. I grabbed a few varieties of Chips Ahoy! Hershey's Cookies from Walmart to top them with the next day and knew the girls would love all the fun flavors. I purchased Chips Ahoy! Hershey’s, Chips Ahoy! Reese’s and Chips Ahoy! Reese’s Pieces varieties and broke them up into small pieces in separate bowls to use as a cookie crumb topping.

Ayla loved sprinkling the different flavors of Chips Ahoy! Over the tops of the parfaits and finishing them off with whipped cream, some pink sprinkles and of course an extra Chips Ahoy! This recipe is great for a fun “dessert bar” after dinner for the family or you can find miniature parfait cups and make it as an easy to grab dessert for picnics and BBQ’s.
