The Perfect Bather For The Baby That Hates Bath Time!

I stared at the sweet little bunny towel with the floppy ears on the counter top, then glanced at the tub full of water and took a few deep breaths. Sadly I knew that all the adorable floppy eared towels in the world wouldn’t be able to settle my mounting anxiety. We had the gentlest shampoos, the softest wash clothes and thermometers to make sure the water was the exact perfect temperature. Despite my best efforts Cosette hated bath time. This wasn’t my first rodeo either. Ayla had screamed at every bath for months on end as well. Baby bath time, in our home, had historically been a huge and very unpleasant ordeal. You would have thought that by baby number two it would have affected me less but it just broke my heart to hear those tiny little screams. 

Enter the Summer Infant Clean Rinse Bather. I have two words to describe this product. LIFE. CHANGING. I mean, do you ever find a baby product that makes everything so much easier and you almost want to cry because you didn’t know about it sooner? Yea, in our home that is this bather. I am now able to wash Cosette next to the sink and she has not cried once since using it! I can wash her up with a warm washcloth and rinse her off without a single tear being shed! It’s perfect because the water is always clean and rinses right into the sink (it’s especially fantastic if your little one has a habit of peeing during bath time!). You can use it next to the sink up to 13 pounds but one of my favorite things about this bather is it’s versatility. It can be used in the sink or in the bathtub up to 20 lbs or until they are sitting up on their own and it has three different incline positions. 

I have always found that the most inconvenient thing about baby bathers is how much room they take up. Another reason I could not recommend this bather more is that you can fold it flat and store it easily! The material it’s made out of is designed to dry quickly so mold and mildew are not really an issue either.  Since getting the Summer Infant Clean Rinse Bather, bath time has taken so much less time and has been far more pleasant. I honestly believe this is the best bather out there and whether your baby loves bath time or not I don’t think $25 dollars could be better spent!
