Shop my Medicine Cabinet // Stocking Stuffer Approved
With the holidays coming up I wanted to give you guys a little peak into my medicine cabinet. Shopping for skincare can truly feel overwhelming with so many products out there to try. As a blogger I have had the opportunity to try a wide variety of the latest products and compare a number of popular brands. Below are my absolute favorites. The products below are all amazing for one reason or another and while I have received many of these items for free there is no particular brand sponsoring this post. These are just my tested and true, honest favorites. Below is an easy way for you to shop these amazing finds. If you would like more info on why I love them you can read below for a more in-depth review.
Day lotions: It's a bit of a tie for me between Tidal by Sunday Riley and Kate Somervilles Exfolikate lotion. Both leave my skin so hydrated and really do a great job on the fine lines and wrinkles. I literally can't choose which I like better so I use both depending on my mood that day haha. I also love Malin and Goetz eye cream. It does wonders for bags and dark circles.
Night lotion: I have been using and LOVING sleep tight by Farmacy. They have quickly become one of my favorite brands! They are mindful of the ingredients they use which I love and they just work so well. The packaging is also some of my all time favorite. Opening the box is like unwrapping beautiful origami.
Masks: I am currently using the bliss triple oxygen mask daily in the shower. It is so energizing and refreshing with its light citrus scent that I have quickly become addicted to this gel to foam mask. It's now part of my morning routine and will stay that way for quite a while!
Serums: Ok, I love the Clarins double serum. Its just amazing. I have noticed a huge difference in my skin since using this in the mornings. I also use the Farmacy invincible serum at night with my luna face oil. If I start getting some break outs I switch to Tulas Keifer pressed serum for some probiotic action which clears things right up. I also LOVE Tammy Fenders Quintessential serum. It's totally clean and natural and seriously works. It's a little thick for the summer when I am sweating but I love it when my skin is dry in the winter. If your looking for natural products I can not recommend this brand to you more. It's not cheap but it really is worth it. One last serum to mention is Dream Skin by Dior. It helps to correct my redness a bit and brightens my look immediately. I always use this when I go make up free.
Face Wash: Before bed I always use a face oil since I wash my face at the sink. I find they are less drying. I use green clean (my all time favorite cleanser ever) from Farmacy. It goes on silky smooth and washes off without any oily residue. It won't strip your skin and it just feels like your at the spa when you use this. I switch to tula's Keifer Cleansing Oil during times of break out's (along with their serum mentioned above) and I find the probiotics really help clear things up. I don't love using oil based cleanser in the shower in the morning since my face is already wet and I feel like it just doesn't clean the same way as it does on dry skin. In the morning I have been using Kate Somervilles ExfoliKate Cleanser with my Soniclear Petite brush. The brush helps get my face extra clean and it works great with this cleanser.
Toner: I have been using either the Kopari coconut rose toner or the Earths Recipe Energy Boostin Toner. They are totally different and i love them both. The Earth's Recipe toner is a natural based toner from South Korea. I am loving K-pop beauty and this toner has a great aromatherapeutic scent to it. The Kopari toner also smells amazing but has more of a light rose scent. I love that it comes in a spray bottle because you can also use it to set makeup. It's also great to throw in a beach bag to freshen up your face in the summer.
Oils: Right now I am using Kopari's coconut sheer oil. I mix it with whatever lotion I am using for the day or on occasion I use it in place of a lotion all together. It's so light but adds a lot of great moisture.
Lotion: I am currently loving my rum scented lotion form Malin and Goetz. It moisturizes so well and I love the scent!
Hope you find the perfect items for your skin care routine! I know you will love any of these you try!

Kelly
